5/2/09 Steps and hand rails around balcony
are finished
5/2/09 Things are moving along very well. We are
very excited about finishing and moving in. We hope
to be in later this month.
5/2/09 Barn wood ceiling and beams are completed as
well as the insert above the fireplace. Mantel is getting
a coat of polyurethane and will be installed next week.
Hardwood and ceramic floors are done. Finish
carpenter is working on baseboards and interior
doors.
Bathroom ceramics are done. Still
waiting on bathroom cabinets and
some final plumbing.
Security system installed. Electric final
inspection still to come. One of three
thermostats above security control box.
Driveway forms are up. Hoping to pour
concrete this week.
